About Nori
Nori grew up in Shibuya, Tokyo, a vibrant neighborhood known for its mix of foreign embassies and expatriate residences. Surrounded by children from around the world, she developed a deep appreciation for multicultural interactions early in life. She later moved to the United States on an F-1 visa, completing her high school education in the Sunshine State, Florida.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sophia University, Nori began her career in the education industry. As a language proficiency evaluation specialist, she thrived in multinational environments, gaining unique insights into life in Japan through the eyes of others.
Building on these experiences, she founded TSUBASA Legal Document Services with a heartfelt mission: to serve as a gateway for individuals aspiring to cross national and cultural borders and pursue their dreams in Japan.
